Schwere Velos, wie E-Bikes, benötigen einen besonders standsicheren Fahrradständer. Der Tune-Up Stand X aus dem Hause Topeak wurde speziell für diese hohen Anforderungen konzipiert. Die Haken lassen sich mit drei Positionen individuell auf Ketten- und Sitzstrebe einstellen. Da der hintere Reifen bei entsprechender Einstellung den Boden nicht berührt, lassen sich auch Wartungsarbeiten am Antrieb gut durchführen. Der Standfuss lässt sich per Drehverschluss leicht vom Träger lösen, so dass du den Träger platzsparend verstauen kannst, sollte er mal nicht im Einsatz sein.

Stable but the coating is not very durable For the price, I expected more, e.g. a rubber coating on the base would be reasonable.

for cleaning the chain and little else If you just want to raise the rear wheel to clean and lube the chain or do a small maintenance job on the rear, it's perfect. Care about the front wheel position carefully or the rear wheel spokes can hit the rim and stop. Otherwise, it's stable and sturdy. It can be disassembled, but the locking wheel isn't very practical or quick to do, so once assembled, I don't think you'll spend any time folding it.

Good bike stand It primarily fulfills the role of a stand to prevent my bike from leaning (and rubbing) against the wall of my apartment. It also allows for minor maintenance such as lubricating/cleaning the chain, but not as well as a proper workshop stand for that kind of use. Important: it supports a heavier weight than most compact bike stands/benches.
